Regulatory Support
At Xellia, we have a very skilled Regulatory team that has experience getting regulatory approvals for both Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Finished Dosage Forms (FDFs) through various health authorities, including the US FDA, EDQM, China, India, and Japan health authorities.
The team has handled global submissions in all regions, including the US, European Union, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Customer Service
The Customer Service team manages product orders—from order intake, tracking production, and final product delivery—adhering to GDP guidelines. The team maintains detailed information on order progress and provides continuous feedback to our customers.
